I’m Parm, founder of Reign Developments.

I was first introduced to building at 15, helping my dad take on our family home as an owner-builder. From working through layouts to being on-site day to day, I saw how plans turn into finished homes. What started as curiosity quickly became something I genuinely enjoyed.

Over time, my focus shifted from finishes to what’s behind the walls and how planning, coordination, and execution come together to create something that lasts. I stayed involved in projects, gained hands-on experience, and earned my builder’s license.

I started Reign Developments out of a genuine passion for the work. I take pride in doing things properly, no shortcuts, being straightforward, and building every home like it’s my own. That also means respecting the trades and ensuring they’re paid on time because strong relationships are key to a well-run project.

Today, I manage every project from start to finish, working closely with clients while coordinating trades and suppliers. I primarily build in Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby, along with select projects in nearby communities.

The goal is simple. Keep the process transparent and deliver homes built with long-term value in mind while building lasting relationships along the way.
